Effect of overexpressing IκB-α DN on RSV-induced RANTES gene transcription. 293 cells were transfected with 2 μg of pGL2-220 plasmid alone or cotransfected with 0.5 μg of either the plasmid expressing IκB-α DN or the empty vector (pcDNA3). Transfected cells were infected with RSV (MOI of 1) and harvested at 24 h postinfection for determination of luciferase activity.
