IFN-γ-producing antigen-specific CD4 T cells induced by Env protein boosting of DNA (saline or PLG)-primed rhesus. PBMC were assayed by CFC 2 weeks after Env protein boosts. Frequencies of env-specific IFN-γ-positive CD4 T cells are plotted for individual animals.
