Polarized e-bandage treatment resulted in increased total wound HOCl content. The 48-h wound bed biofilms containing MRSA or MRSA plus P. aeruginosa were treated for 48-h with either polarized (HOCl-producing) or non-polarized e-bandages and compared with Tegaderm only controls. Statistical analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon rank sum test with correction for false discovery rate. Individual data points with the means (bars) are shown. N ≥ 7. **P ≤ 0.01.
