Sensitivity assay of Zymoseptoria tritici strains to H2O2. The spore suspensions of Z. tritici IPO323 (wild type, WT), disruptant strains ΔZtCpx1, ΔZtCpx2, ΔΔZtCpx1‐Cpx2 and the complementation strain ΔZtCpx1‐C were plated on potato dextrose agar amended with 6 mM H2O2 and subsequently incubated at 18°C. Pictures were taken 14 days post‐incubation. It is noteworthy that both ΔZtCpx1 and ΔΔZtCpx1‐Cpx‐2 strains displayed an inability to thrive in the presence of 6 mM H2O2.
