The C103S mutation alters G2/M arrest patterns. Subconfluent cells were kept in DME–0.5% FCS for 38 h and then infected with Ad-ST (WT or C103S) at 20 PFU/cell. Medium containing 10% FCS was added after infection to allow the cells to reenter the cell cycle. Cells were collected at 24, 32, and 50 h postinfection (hpi) and processed for flow cytometry.
