Linear regression analysis using neutrophil counts as continuous variable and by comparing the highest vs the lowest tertiles of neutrophils as categoric variables. Adjusted model was adjusted for age, gender, BMI, familial history, smoking history, alcohol consumption and the presence of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
