KΔUL37-GFP-infected Vero cells analyzed using deconvolving microscopy. Cells were infected as described in the legend for Fig. 6 for 15 h and fixed with 5% formaldehyde in PBS containing 2% sucrose. Images were collected on a Zeiss axiovert light microscope equipped with a Deltavision 3-D Restoration system.
