Comparison of time course expression of vp30 and vp73 in ASFV-infected endothelial cells and macrophages. PAECs, BPECs, or PAMs were infected with ASFV Malawi for 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 18 h. Cells were pulse-labeled with [35S]-methionine-cysteine, and the viral proteins vp30 and vp73 were immunoprecipated with MAbs C18 and 4H3, respectively. Labeled proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and visualized by autoradiography. The levels of early and late gene expression between alveolar macrophages and vascular endothelial cells of domestic pig and bushpig are similar.
