Intact mother rats and rats treated with Baf A1 (625 pg/rat) or vehicle on PRG15 were euthanized on PRG18 or PRG21 or left until delivery. The fetal body weight, neonatal weight, and litter size were also determined. Data are mean ± SEM (n = 15–120 in body weight, n = 12 in litter size). Different letters within the same column indicate significant differences (P < 0.05).
