Ad7/5ITRψ-GFP virus replicates its DNA in 293 cells. 293 cells were transfected with 5 μg of PmeI-digested pW120700. Viral DNAs were isolated at 1, 3, and 7 days posttransfection (lanes 2 to 4, respectively) and digested with BclI. Southern blotting was performed to detect viral DNA.
