Effects of propofol on the molecular markers of cell apoptosis and cell cycle progression in 4T1 cells. (A) The protein expression levels of apoptosis antagonist Bcl-xL, apoptosis agonist Bax, and apoptosis activator cleaved caspase 3 were assessed after treatment with 100 µg/ml propofol for 24 h in 4T1 cells.
