Effects of propofol on the molecular markers of cell apoptosis and cell cycle progression in 4T1 cells. (A) The protein expression levels of apoptosis antagonist Bcl-xL, apoptosis agonist Bax, and apoptosis activator cleaved caspase 3 were assessed after treatment with 100 µg/ml propofol for 24 h in 4T1 cells. Quantification of the protein levels is presented. (B) The protein expression levels of cell cycle makers CCNE2, p-CDC6 and CDC6 were analyzed in 4T1 cells following treatment with 100 µg/ml propofol for 24 h.
