Clinical significance of SIRT4 expression in thyroid cancer. (A) Analysis of the GSE33630 database showed that the mRNA expression levels of SIRT4 are significantly lower in thyroid cancer tissues (n = 45) than in adjacent normal thyroid tissues (n= 60; P < 0.0001, t-test).
