Results are shown for a lipid-to-peptide ratio of 100 : 1 for measurements in the presence of membranes. Measurements were carried out in 10 mM TES, 100 mM NaCl, 1 mM CaCl2, and 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.4 at a total lipid concentration of 200 μM. The data shown are the average of at least three independent measurements.
