Schematic representation of TACSI microrobots. Single microrobots are actuated via laser light in 3D workspace, which allows spatiotemporal control over locomotion and heat generation. An integrated thermoresponsive nanosensor provides real‐time temperature feedback, while active localized heating leads to thermal actuation of single cells.
