The ureido‐pyrimidinone (UPy)‐based molecules self‐assemble into fibers (of multiple stacks) at physiological pH and temperature, through dimerization via quadruple hydrogen bonds, and lateral stacking induced by flanking urea moieties forming a hydrophobic pocket shielded from the water.
