Activity indicates the ability of the mAb in binding with the antibody receptors. Experiments were carried out at particle mAb loading of 200 mg mL−1. Samples 3–8 are the mAbs released from alginate hydrogel particles by dissolution and diffusion in phosphate buffered saline (PBS).
