We show axial and oblique views (with coronal mesh sections) of the adaptive probabilistic atlas mesh used to encode spatial priors for all nuclei in the midbrain (top row) and pons (bottom row). Mesh node density corresponds to the relative amount of intensity information used for atlas construction, and subsequent Bayesian segmentation. All SAMSEG-derived brain structures (including the whole-brainstem) used for atlas construction are displayed with grey intensities.
