Note: For IL-17, the difference between the two groups before and after therapy was calculated respectively, and the normality test was performed on the difference between the two groups. The results were 0.108 and 0.404 respectively, both of which were greater than 0.05. Normality was satisfied, and the Paired samples T-test was used.
