Purified vector was analyzed by spectroscopy to determine the concentration in Pu, and the total yield was normalized to the starting number of cells used in the production run. FFU were determined in immunofluorescent-focus assays on 293 cells (AdL and AdL.PB*) or 293-HA cells (AdL.F* and AdL.PB*F*). The results are expressed as mean ± standard error.
