In situ hybridization analysis of enJSRV mRNA expression in the developing neonatal ovine uterus. Cross-sections of the uterine wall from neonatal ewes (PND 0 = birth) were hybridized with α-³⁵S-labeled antisense or sense ovine enJSRV cRNA probes as described in Materials and Methods.
