RTP801 was immunoprecipitated from rat cortical neuronal cultures (DIV 14) and the resulting immunocomplexes were resolved in a SDS-PAGE gel. The bands were stained, numbered and cut for the subsequent analysis by MS. (B) GO biological process enrichment analysis of RTP801 interactors.
