ANOVA, analysis of variance. Clonal plasma cells were phenotyped as CD38brightCD138+CD45−/dimCD19 with light-chain restriction and polyclonal plasma cells were phenotyped as CD38brightCD138+CD45+CD19+ with polyclonal light chains. Transitional-like B-cells were phenotyped as CD19+CD20+CD27CD38+, plasma blasts were phenotyped as CD19+CD20+CD27+CD38+, and memory B-cells were phenotyped as CD19+CD20+CD27+CD38.
