The yellowish lesions observed on fundus examination appeared hyperautofluorescent on fundus autofluorescence and corresponded to flat accumulations of subretinal hyperreflective material on OCT. Seven years later (G–P), the fovea remained uninvolved, despite the development of new yellowish lesions at the posterior pole (G, I).
