Inhibition of LPS-induced expression of atherogenic and pro-inflammatory factors in HAECs by Oxy210. (A,B,D–F) HAECs were pretreated with Oxy210 as indicated in M199 containing 1% FBS overnight and then treated with 1 μg/mL of LPS in the absence or presence of Oxy210. After 4 h, RNA was extracted and analyzed by Q-RT-PCR for the expression of the genes as indicated and normalized to GAPDH expression.
