Immune co-culture with NK cells at 24 h showed increase in cell death with MRTX1133, ONC212 and synergy in combination with NK cells compared to without immune cells. In KRAS G12D cell line the result of immune co-culture showed enhanced NK mediated cell death which is more significant in combination. A: MRTX1133 treatment alone. B: ONC212 treatment alone.
