L. bicolor root components (LBR) had a significant inhibitory effect on TNBC cell proliferation. A. Half-maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) (mg/mL) values of LBR-treated cells were detected in MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-231, and BT549 cells after treatment with LBR (0-100 μg/mL) for 48 h, respectively.
