Untreated (a) and heat-treated (b) antisera (1:10) were incubated with Zaire or Reston SGP (5 μg/ml) or control supernatant (pCAGGS and transfected) for 30 min at room temperature and mixed with VSVΔG∗-ZaireGP or VSVΔG∗-RestonGP.
