(a) miR-126–3p was highly expressed in RTT-iEC compared to isogenic control endothelial cells. (b) miRDB predict the target gene of miR126–3p. (c) Down regulation of gene expressions, which are targeted by miR126–3p. (d) miRNA-integrated analaysis was performed using RNAseqecing data and predicted gene expression measured by PCR based miR expression analysis along with miRDB prediction. (e) Downregualation and upregulation of miRNA of RTT-iEC over WT-iEC. (f) 7-upregulated microRNA were determed by the miRNA expression analsysis (e) and endothelial cell related. (g) GO endrichment analysis (biological process) from predicted downregulated gene set determined by miRDB and miRNA expression analsysis (e). Significant down regulated pathway (Regulation of vascular development) were determined. (h) Cnet plot suggested that gene involved in these signaling pathway including END1 and TEK1. (i) miRNA-RNA integrated analysis revelared 21 overlap downregulated genes including EDN1 and TEK1, which are also consinted with RNAseq analysis (j), which potential involved in miR126–3p-mediated vascular alternation.
