(c and d) U937/LN cells treated with PMA (50 ng/ml) for 3 h in the absence (c) or presence (d) of IKA (2 μM) prior to staining with PE-CD4 antibody. Samples were analyzed on a Becton Dickinson FACScan instrument equipped with LYSYS II software. All fluorescence data were collected in the log mode.
