Distances are CDR3$\alpha$ and CDR3$\beta$ amino acid edit distances as well as the sum of CDR3$\alpha$+CDR3$\beta$ edit distance. Levenshtein distances are defined as the minimum number of insertions/deletions and substitutions required to turn one sequence into another.
