ARV- and UV-ARV-sensitized P-PBMCs-dependent cytolysis of PGC cells (PGCs). (A) P-PBMCs were co-cultured with PGCs followed by sensitization with ARV for 24 h. The ratio of cell numbers of P-PBMCs (effector cells) and PGCs (target cells) was 5:1. DR5:Fc (20 µg/ml) was used to inhibit ARV-sensitized P-PBMCs killing PGCs. Fas: Fc (20 µg/ml) was used as a control negative. Cell death was measured by SubG1 (A) and Annexin V/PI (B). Data represent the mean of triplicate experiments, and experiments were repeated at least three times using different donor P-PBMCs with similar results. (C) P-PBMCs were co-cultured with PGCs followed by sensitization with ARV or UV-ARV for 24 h and 48 h, respectively. The ratio of coculture cell numbers of P-PBMCs and PGCs was 5:1.
