Examples of genes comparably differentially regulated in our comparison of cultured alcohol use disorder (AUD) and non-AUD cells and data from Bailey et al. (75), which were processed for AUD status, but not smoking status. Although both sets of data had significant P values, the adjusted P value for these genes was not significant for the Bailey et al. data, which is a limitation of this analysis.
