7 M 64 Retinal vasculitis OD 10 3 Adalimumab Elevated BG, HTN, LEE, Infection DMTII RCI started with a dose of 80U three times/week. Even though the disease was stable, due to side effects the RCI was tapered and stopped.
8 F 27 IBD associated retinal vasculitis OD 9 5 - - - Prior to initiating the RCI, patient received IMT, however it was stopped. RCI started with a dose of 80U twice/week and increased to 80U three times/week based on the patient’s tolerance to control the inflammation. After four months, dose was reduced to 80U per week and continued for maintenance.
