(A) Multivariable ordinal regression analysis did not show a significant shift on the mRS toward better functional outcomes in mTICI 3 patients (adjusted common OR 1.12, 95% CI 0.64 to 1.94, P=0.70). (B) There was no difference in the rate of independent ambulation at 90 days (left: 39.8% vs 38.9%, P=0.89) and functional independence at 90 days (right: 23.0% vs 25.7%, P=0.64) between mTICI 2b and mTICI 3 patients.
