Retroposons that belong to tandem or segmental duplications are linked by magenta lines. Centromeres of each chromosome are shown in light blue rectangles. The Arabidopsis whole genome duplication blocks are highlighted in dark yellow on each chromosome. Five chromosomes are indicated from number I to V.
