Table I.

Quantification of E. cichoracearum growth on T-DNA insertion mutants

The number of c/c and c/mm2 were counted 4 dpi. The means ± se were based on at least 20 replications and are given in se columns. T-DNA lines with an increase in susceptibility compared with wild type (Col-0) and with significant differences from wild type after a Student's t test (P > 0.01) are indicated in bold. The experiment was repeated twice with similar results. Insertional mutants used were At2g28200 (SALK_048250), At2g02950 (SALK_005340), At2g34930 (SALK_094846), At2g35000 (SALK_066755), At5g25910 (SALK_054976), At4g11830 (SALK_089965), At2g41940 (SALK_045674), At4g16820 (SALK_013856), and At3g57640 (SALK_017220).
