Permeation of calcein on porcine tissue loaded on Epi-ExPer device after 2.5 and 24 h of exposure to HEMA-low, HEMA-high, TEGDMA-low, and TEGDMA-high. Treatment with the resinous monomers under study after 2.5 h (A) and 24 h (B) and the Jss (C) for both time points are depicted. The CCM group was exposed only to the culture medium, and the control group was exposed to 0.025% EtOH/CCM, which is the diluent of HEMA and TEGDMA, while the positive control (PC) group was treated with 100° EtOH.
