A schematic depicting the process of creating the repository. Segmentations were initialized with an automated processing pipeline and then manually corrected, utilizing both the T1 and T2 MRI images. Segmentations were then reviewed by expert reviewers who made revisions as necessary. These images were defaced and deidentified, uploaded to a public AWS S3 bucket, version controlled with DataLab, and then connected to BrainBox to allow researchers to review the repository. OSF acts as a hub to integrate the links to repository images, protocols, and any other future documentation created as the repository expands.
