Serum collected from three animals (Lion C, Lion J and Hyena B) approximately 4–5 months after first vRNA positive test were assayed for neutralizing antibodies using a plaque reduction neutralization test (PRNT). Cycle threshold of three SARS-CoV-2 targets (N gene, Orf1ab and S gene, left axis) were compared to PRNT50 (serum dilution factor required to neutralize 50% of virus, right axis). Dashed lines represent limits of detection.
