Indirect immunofluorescence of VP22 during HSV-1(R7032) infection in the presence of taxol and nocodazole. Vero cells were synchronously mock or HSV-1(R7032) infected without (Untreated) or with taxol and nocodazole, fixed at 5 (A to L), 9 (M to X), and 13 (Y to KK) hpi for indirect immunofluorescence at the times indicated, and stained with antibodies to α-tubulin and VP22 as described in Materials and Methods. Merged images (overlay) are shown in panels D, H, L, P, T, X, BB, FF, and KK. All images were acquired under the same conditions.
