In vivo efficacy and dose response. (A) SK HEP 1 cells were inoculated into the flanks of nude mice and allowed to establish for 10 days. A series of 5 daily intratumoral injections were then given at a dose of 5 × 10⁹ P of either control virus GFCB (square), FTCB (circle), or FVCB (triangle) per dose. Tumor volumes were measured weekly. Results shown plot the tumor volumes versus days postinjection for each dosing group over the time course of the experiment.
