Zta(m22/26,74/75) and Zta(Δ24–86) activate expression of BMRF1 from endogenous EBV genomes. Immunofluorescence assay performed on D98-HR1 cells before and after transfection with the indicated Zta plasmids. Cells were stained with anti-BMRF1 (polymerase processivity factor) monoclonal antibody and FITC-conjugated secondary antibody.
