Nuclear DNA staining with EDU-labeled nucleotides. AP cells were grown in PYG medium supplemented with EDU-labeled nucleotides for approximately 24 h prior to infection. Prior to infection, the medium was replaced with fresh PYG. AP cells were infected for the indicated time periods, after which cells were fixed and stained. Green—EDU labeling (nuclear DNA).
