(A) Quantification of PKH26 and PKH67 fluorescent puncta per x100 vision in motor cortex, somatosensory cortex and caudoputamen in the group with 100 ug PKH26 labeled MSC-EVs and 100 ug PKH67 labeled MSC-EVs administered through intravenous route and intraperitoneal route respectively and simultaneously. Differences between brain regions were not found to be statistically different. (B) Quantification of PKH26 and PKH67 fluorescent puncta per x100 vision in the motor cortex of the control group, PKH26 and PKH67 labeling EVs administration group and tenfold PKH67 administration group. Differences between groups were not found to be statistically different.
