Enzyme (SARS-CoV-2 M^pro) inhibitory activity determined by a standard fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) assay. IC₅₀ values are means ± SD of at least three independent experiments performed in triplicate.

GC-14 and nirmatrelvir were used as positive controls (n = 3 biological replicates). For structure of nirmatrelvir see Fig. 1.
