Figure 5. Plain film standing radiographs of the lumbar spine obtained several months after lumbar decompression, as neurogenic claudication symptoms returned. No obvious destructive or expansive osseous lesions were readily identifiable. Figure 5A demonstrates an anterior-to-posterior radiograph of the lumbar spine, while Figure 5B demonstrates a lateral radiograph.
