Time-lapse TIRF microscopy of assembled kinetochore with a GFP-tagged Ndc80 (cyan) bound to the side of an Alexa647-labeled taxol-stabilized microtubule (magenta) with flow-induced oscillation (left) from Fig. 4 A. Zoom-in showing the oscillation of the Ndc80-GFP spot around the DNA tether point on the coverslip, the approximate position of which is indicated by the vertical yellow line (right). Frames were collected every 200 ms. Video playback is 60 frames per second.
