NAC reverses the inhibitory effect of PTL, DhL, and their azido derivatives in MDA-MB-231 cells. NAC (2 mM) was added to MDA-MB-231 cells alone, with 40 μM of PTL 1 and AzPTL 3 (Chart A) or DhL 2 and AzDhL 4 (Chart B). Each experiment was done in triplicate and expressed as +/− SEM.
