L1CAM upregulation correlates with worse OS in ASPS patients. The high L1CAM expression group presents a median OS of 27.0 months (95% CI 22.8–31.2) compared to 151 months (95% CI NR) of patients with low L1CAM expression (p-value = 0.011). Kaplan–Meier curves represent all patients in the cohort with available biological samples (n = 17).
