In vitro effects of Paclitaxel on human microvascular endothelial cells (hMVECs) and human cervical cancer cell line (SiHa). Phenotypic cell responses were measured using the developed software (automated) and using Fiji ImageJ and the Gen 5 software (manual). Cells were co-cultured in the 3D in vitro model for 24 h, then treated with 0.008–25 µM of Paclitaxel for 24 h, at which point cell response was evaluated.
